MG MIFA 9: MG is ready to enter the India car market offering its new Select chain of stores with the first model of the Cyberster sports car. The two-door electric car is planned to be launched in January 2025 at the Bharat Mobility Expo and the specifications, pricing and bookings will be revealed soon afterward. After Cyberster, MG will unveil Mifa-9 MPV as the second luxury car in its classic luxury car series.
Exclusive Features Of MIFA 9
The MIFA 9 was first showcased at the Auto Expo 2023 in India and the vehicle comes with feature loaded three row, more than 5.0 meters length MPV. Some of these features include power control first and second row; captain seats in the second row; Level-2 ADAS; connected car technology, which would have some unique features for the rear seat occupants; sunroof; and power sliding doors to give users a luxurious experience from the front row to the second row.
Battery Power of MIFA 9
The MIFA 9 is supported by a 90kWh battery stand alone power pack together with an electric motor that supplies 241bhp and 350Nm of torque to the front wheels. The drive train has had multiple driving modes and also has independent suspension for front and rear axles.
Valuation of MIFA 9
It’s predicted that MIFA 9 model may cost around ₹70 lakh and to bring competency in the automobile there are chances that it may be assembled in India. The Cyberster, on the one hand, stands as the MG’s centrepiece of its electric car future kind of like how the MIFA 9 follows the narrative as a potential contender for the brand’s premium Select division.
Competitors range from the Kia Carnival on one extreme to Toyota Vellfire, Kia EV9, Lexus LM on the other extreme, the MIFA 9 occupies a sweet spot as an electric people mover for under ₹1 crore. Being relatively new in the market, this segment has enormous potential especially for luxury hotels and celebrities, all of which have bright prospects in the Indian market.
