New BMW M5 Launched: BMW has introduced the all-new M5 performance sedan in Italy, with prices from Rs 1.99 crore going all the way up to the ex-showroom price. This is the country’s first CBU model of the car, the 7th generation of which it sold.
BMW M5 Exclusive Design
The new BMW M5, in terms of design, gets adaptive LED headlights, a distinctive illuminated kidney grille in gloss black, big wheel arches, blacked-out side mirrors, flush door handles, M-High Gloss shadow line, carbon fibre roof, a rear spoiler, a diffuser with dual exhaust pipes. In addition, it allows for a 20 inch alloy wheel up in front and a 21 inch alloy wheel at the back.
Inside the car, it is completely redone that features a 3 spoke, flat-bottom leather steering wheel, a curved display, M-specs multifunction seats covered with the illuminated M5 logo and an 18-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system. It further flaunts a track mode, adaptive suspension, BMW’s 8.5 operating system, live cockpit professional setup and a package of advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).
BMW M5 Engine Power
The 4.4 litre twin-turbo V8 engine, active cruise control and the front steps are hitting headlines at BMW. The company claims that the SUV has a peak power of 197bhp and peak torque of 280Nm. This means that 727bhp and 1000 Nm are all there for the taking, and channeled to all four wheels through the xDrive all-wheel-drive system and an eight-speed automatic.
