Skoda Enyaq Facelift: The recent unvealing of the Kylaq SUV has also informed the automaker about the EV plan with the Elroq and the mid-lifecycle updates on both the Enyaq and the new compact SUV sized similar to the Kushaq due in 2025 and a made-in-India full BEV with a form-factor of a Kushaq is set to be launched in 2027. Unveiled alongside the production version of the Elroq that was recently launched is our first look at the facelifted Enyaq.
Exclusive Design of Enyaq Facelift
The design sketches reveal a clearance that is comparable to the previous model but supplemented with components of Skoda Modern Solid design trend. Changes made as part of the update consist of a new front bumper and grille, new rear spoiler and new alloy wheels. At least in the images, the Enyaq facelift looks somewhat larger and has even more bodywork design features (for a Skoda, at least) meant to help it be noticed.
The interior as well as features could be refreshed but there are rumors that the powertrain and suspension will remain untouched. The Enyaq will extend the FWD or AWD setup, depending on the trim, and be set up to go for up to 600 km on a solitary charge. It is also expected to include a number of ‘Simply Clever’ functionality attributes.
Most of these manufactures are expected to launch this EV model to India’s market, as a CBU from Skoda. However, in case there is enough demand for the car, the company may look at importing some of the models all the way to locally assembling them at its manufacturing factory in Aurangabad.
