2025 Hyundai TCR New Edition: Hyundai has disclosed the 2025 i30 sedan N TCR edition. It celebrates the brand’s involvement in the touring car racing series competition. In other markets, the Hyundai 930 Sedan N is known as the Elantra N or the Avante N in South Korea. The TCR edition modify the performance model with a lightweight carbon-fibre swan-neck spoiler, which is inspired by the Elantra N TCR race car.
TCR Upgraded Edition
The TCR edition upgrades the standard i30 sedan N with an adjustable spoiler for customizable downforce, lightweight 19-inch forged alloy wheels, N Performance four-piston brakes, an Alcantara steering wheel, performance blue accents and exclusive badging. South Korea also gets an unique TCR edition side decals.
Hyundai TCR Characteristics
This edition retains it’s 206kW/392Nm 2.0-litre turbo engine with it’s front- wheel drive, that will be paired with a 6-speed manual or 8-speed dual clutch automatic.
Hyundai Australia is keen on a 2025 launch but has yet to confirm about it’s availability.

Hyundai N Brand Vice president Joon park said that Hyundai has incorporated the experience and expertise accumulated in motorsports into Elantra N TCR Edition. We will also continue to enhance the DNA of Hyundai N, so that N-thusiasts can experiences the thrill of motorsports in their daily lives.
Hyundai Motor entered the TCR International Series and the World Touring Car Cup, in 2017, making its debut with the i30 N hatchback. The Elantra N TCR race car is powered by a 261kW/450Nm 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, delivering power to the front wheels through an X-Trac six-speed sequential gearbox with paddle shifters.
In the TCR Australia championship, Josh Buchan claimed victory in the 2023 and 2024 seasons driving the i30 Sedan N TCR, following Will Brown’s inaugural 2019 championship win in the i30 N TCR hatch.
