New images of a Jaguar J Pace SUV, which was intended as a premium electric SUV to hit the market in 2021, have appeared on the Web. Originally planned to rival the Tesla Model X, its sleek appearance properly encapsulates the opulent and technological efficiency Jaguar wanted before changing course.

The disclosed pictures also suggest that the J-Pace SUV was near its production stage before it was canned altogether. When developed as the rival to the Range Rover and the Range Rover Sport stocked to use the very same MLA “flex-fuel” platform.
A source close to the studio work claimed that the presented studio model was primarily used to show the interior and the general layout of J-Pace to the leaders of the company. Depending on a final decision regarding its bodily shape, the J-Pace is expected to borrow elements of the F-Pace design since at the moment Jaguar has only the F-Pace model in its stable.

J-Pace is intended to be similar in size to the Range Rover and is slightly over five meters long. Originally it was intended to produce merchants straight-six and V8 mild-hybrid petrol and diesel, PHEV and a few gossiped about EV version and an 7-seek mannequin.
